Oddest love child ever?

It's broadly accepted that Boba Fett and Jabba the Hutt were more than just employer and bounty hunter. There is some debate among canon experts however, as to whether anything came of their brief union other than mental images that an entire generation can't quite shake. Imagine my surprise in finding reference to their love child on, where else, my Boston Pizza receipt. The world truly does work in mysterious ways.
